Top Italian cocktail mixologist and bar entrepreneur Lorenzo Antinori has come up with a new signature cocktail menu for Qatar Airways.

A Qatar spokesperson says it is available in business and first class on all flights to or from Doha, adding: “Lorenzo is known for shaping Asia’s cocktail culture, blending storytelling with modern techniques to excite the senses.”

Four cocktails in the collection are available to all business and first class passengers:

The Aviator Hennessy X.X.O/James Hennessy cognac, champagne, orange juice.

G&Tea Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin/Botanist gin, tonic water, tea of choice.

Golden Delilah Belvedere 10 Vodka/Grey Goose vodka, champagne, apple juice.

Havana Punch Bacardi Anejo Cuatro rum, mango juice.

THREE

Each premium cabin then also has an additional three cocktails.

First Class

Rising To The Sky The Botanist gin, champagne, apple juice.

Tokyo 75 Roku Japanese Craft gin, champagne, lemon juice.

Japanese Old Fashioned Hibiki Japanese Harmony whisky, bitters.

Business Class

Italian Highball Martini Extra Dry, tonic water.

Old Smoke Talisker 10 Whisky, Amarula.

The Carousel James Hennessey cognac, mango juice, ginger ale.

Qatar’s 380 inflight lounge will offer all 10 cocktails.

There are also non-alcoholic cocktails.

Apple Sour Apple juice, Sprite, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a slice of lemon.

Mango Fizz Mango juice, Fever-Tree ginger ale, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

Orange Lime Relaxer Orange juice, Sprite, lemon juice and a slice of lemon.

Virgin Mojito Fever-Tree soda water, lemon juice, brown sugar and a slice of lemon.

Pineapple Margarita Pineapple juice, orange juice, Fever-Tree ginger ale and a slice of lemon.
