- Massimo D’Ambrosio (Essendon) traded to Hawthorn

- Mabior Chol (Gold Coast) to Hawthorn

- Jack Gunston (Brisbane) to Hawthorn

- Brandon Ryan (Hawthorn) to Brisbane

- Jack Billings (St Kilda) to Melbourne

- Jacob Koschitzke (Hawthorn) to Richmond

- Elijah Hollands (Gold Coast) to Carlton

- Esava Ratugolea (Geelong) to Port Adelaide

- Jordan Sweet (Western Bulldogs) to Port Adelaide

- Jack Ginnivan (Collingwood) to Hawthorn

- Ivan Soldo (Richmond) to Port Adelaide

Xavier Duursma is a Bomber and Brandon Zerk-Thatcher will be at Port Adelaide next season.

Zerk-Thatcher, pick 73 and two future fourth-round picks go to the Power in exchange for Duursma.
