An Uber driver and two passengers have miraculously avoided injury after a man, allegedly driving a stolen vehicle without any lights on, crashed into them and rolled his car.

Police said they saw the Nissan hatchback travelling east on St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD about 1.20am on Saturday.

They attempted to stop the vehicle however, it failed to stop and accelerated away.

A short time later, the Nissan — allegedly stolen from a home in Innaloo earlier in the morning — crashed into a Toyota Camry at the intersection of St Georges Terrace and William Street, the impact causing the car to roll onto its roof.
