“It is set to become an architectural landmark in Nedlands.

“The homes have been designed to present a unique facade that effortlessly slips into the existing streetscape.

“The design utilises a contemporary approach with its architecture through adopting clean, geometric lines, whilst still being sympathetic to the surrounding built form through its scale and materiality.

“The homes use a mixture of simple raw materials and fenestrations to complement the old and new architectural style of their neighbourhood.”

DKO Architecture Studio Director Dennis Chew said he wanted to create a design that was responsive to the context.

“I wanted an architectural language that is simple and sophisticated – an outcome that stands the test of time and complements the leafy nature of the suburb,” he said.

Each house has been purposefully designed from top to bottom to create bespoke residences that offer a lifestyle of both elegance and ease.

They aim to provide a sanctuary and a recluse from a long day at work, or leisure, with indulgent areas inside and out so you are cocooned in comfort all year-round.
