If you’re looking for inspiration for your next adventure, don’t miss this weekend’s World Travel Fest in Perth.

Returning to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday August 9, the free one-day event will bring together travel experts, tour operators and destination specialists for a day of inspiring talks, expert advice and exclusive travel offers.

One of the day’s highlights will be a live conversation between our Travel editor Stephen Scourfield and Peter Williams, CEO and managing director of Phil Hoffmann Travel. The pair will take to the stage at 11.30am to discuss the latest travel trends, where Australians are heading next and what travellers should be thinking about when planning future trips.

Across the day, visitors can also attend expert talks covering everything from European river cruising, Britain and Ireland, Canada and Alaska, Italy, Greece and Croatia, Japan, and solo travel, through to destinations including Africa, Egypt and Jordan, Scandinavia and the Baltics.

According to the team at Phil Hoffmann Travel, the event is designed to help travellers discover new destinations while receiving expert advice tailored to their travel style, budget and holiday plans.

Entry is free, but registrations are essential. Everyone who registers and attends will also go into the draw to win an all-inclusive luxury escape to Bali, along with a $500 Cover-More Travel Insurance voucher.

+ World Travel Fest runs from 9am to 3pm on Sunday August 9, at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
