Small-group touring company has added four new Australian trips and two in New Zealand to its line-up.

And a spokeswoman for Inspiring Journeys says the company has itself been inspired by Australians.

For its research shows that 59 per cent of the Australians canvassed are seeking cultural experiences, 46 per cent want to connect with locals, 37 want a food and wine experience and 38 per cent want bush and nature walks and 27 per cent want museums and art galleries.

Travellers can book with a deposit of $99 per person deposit, and can cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Departures are from September.

This is how the spokeswoman details the new tours:

“This culinary discovery connects you to the passionate makers behind South Australia’s food and wine scene. Be treated to long lunches and wine tastings at some of Australia’s best wineries, plus show your support to bushfire-affected communities by filling your #EmptyEsky with local produce.”
