It all comes down to this.

Curtin Uni Wesley will look to knock off minor premiers Wembley in their pursuit of a women’s A Grade premiership at Pentanet Stadium on Saturday.

Led by former Fremantle and West Coast AFLW star Parris Laurie as captain-coach, Wembley are closing in on a remarkable triple-treat of flags — climbing out of C-Grade with a premiership in 2021 and B-Grade in 2022.

However, one of their losses was a one-point defeat at the hands of their grand final opponents, setting the scene for a nail-biting decider.

Meanwhile, Curtin Uni Wesley are hunting a fourth premiership in five years after a three-peat in 2019, 2020 and 2021 before being knocked out in last year’s preliminary final.

Coming from third spot, Curtin Uni Wesley lost to North Beach in the first qualifying final before meeting again in a preliminary final, holding their opponents goalless to claim victory 6.4 (40) to 0.8 (8).

That came a week after they knocked Rossmoyne out in the semi-final.

Meanwhile, Wembley disposed of North Beach in the second qualifying final to book their ticket to the decider.
