A woman has been charged over revolting stunts allegedly carried out in two Airbnb properties, videos of which were then posted to an adult content website.

Florida woman Nicolette Keough is accused of urinating on items within the Airbnb properties, causing up to $8000 in damage, including wrecking an antique chair and leaving behind a foul stench.

All smiles in her mugshot, the 31-year-old tells followers on a social media platform similar to OnlyFans that “I LOVE to PEE Outside and more!”, among other x-rated activities.

“I’m all about showing off my athletic curves and sq****ng. Expect content that’s as real and unfiltered as I am,” she boasts.

It is understood Keogh makes money from subscribers who pay to view videos on the website.

An Airbnb owner filed a criminal mischief complaint with police on March 15 over the allegedly damaged items at her Pensacola properties.

She told officers someone had sent her a message on the Airbnb app claiming her guest, later identified as Keogh, had urinated on multiple items in the house, according to a police report cited by WKRG.

The owner then allegedly found a video of a woman peeing on items within the property and causing damage that has been posted to an adult content website.

She reported a strong odour of urine and up to $5700 ($US4000) worth of damaged items that included an antique Crown Royal chair, rug, typewriter, four dining room chairs, coffee maker, bed, TV, record player, toaster, and electric fireplace.

Keough has also been accused of urinating on items at another Airbnb owned by the same person on the same street.

In that property, a vase, green rug, accent wall, chair, and a tiger rug were also wrecked, causing another nearly $2000 in damage.

Pensacola police officer Mike Wood confirmed the damage and the fact that Keough has been charged.

“There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property,” he said.

“There’s a list of items including a television, a record player, a coffee pot some bedding, some carpeting I believe or a rug.”

Ms Keough is facing two felony criminal mischief charges. She was taken to jail and later released on bond, local media reported.
