Perth weather photo gallery: WA smashed by rain, lightning as thunderstorms sweep the State
Perth was treated to a lightning show on Thursday morning as storms brought thunder and significant rain to the metro area for the first time in 2026.
Residents across the State captured incredible photos of the wild weather that left more than 3000 homes without electricity.
