Perth weather: Perth to record hottest November day this year with Monday to reach 35

We may be enjoying perfect spring weather in Perth this weekend but temperatures are set to soar for the start of the working week.

Sandgropers flocked to the water it reached 29 this afternoon, with the Matilda Bay foreshore proving a popular destination for families looking to soak up the sun on the Swan River.

Tomorrow will be even warmer with the mercury set to rocket to a scorching 35 degrees for the hottest November day this year.

On Tuesday, Perth will get another taste of summer with the temperature to reach 33.

The rest of the working week will be more forgiving, dropping back down to 26 and partly cloudy on Wednesday.

Thursday will reach a top of 25, while Friday will be partly cloudy and 24.

The temperature will pick up again for the weekend, with a top of 27 expected on Saturday for the last weekend of Spring.
