VideoBizarre video shows two people breaking into barber and giving each other a haircut

Two men have allegedly let themselves into a Perth barbershop under the cover of darkness before helping themselves to a free trim in a bizarre business break-in captured on CCTV.

In the footage, the men nonchalantly wander into the store and appear to have a conversation before they decide it’s time for a bit of a touch-up haircut.

“Just like the bottom, just like a tiny bit,” one of the men says as his mate takes to work with the clippers, trimming away under the dim lighting from the torchlights on their phones.

The shop’s owner Andy Jenkinson was confused when he was alerted to the intruders and checked his CCTV cameras.

“Yeah, two lads helping themselves to a free haircut,” Mr Jenkinson said.

“They haven’t stolen anything but they’ve used the number five guard and a set of clippers. It would have been a different story if we’d checked the footage, and yeah, everything had been missing.”

Mr Jenkinson isn’t sure how the pair managed to get inside the store, but he is certain of one thing, that he won’t be making a complaint with police.

He said the bad haircut and publicity will likely be punishment enough for the pair.

“If the guy’s (see) this, maybe just maybe just pop in and we can fix it up tomorrow.”
