Perth traffic: Karrinyup Road crash causes chaos for commuters in Innaloo, area congested to Cedric Street

A crash on Karrinyup Road caused a headache for commuters on Friday morning.

The collision — which happened westbound before Muir Street in Innaloo just after 9am — has reduced the road to a single lane, leaving traffic backed up to Cedric Street.

Towing services were on site and the crash was cleared about 10.15am.

A crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound also caused traffic chaos just before 10am, with vehicles in the right lane causing congestion in the area.

The crash was soon cleared and traffic returned to normal flow.
