This year’s spectacular Telethon home sold for a record-breaking $1.375 million.

But the sale meant even more than that was poured into the coffers, with Home Group and Satterley rounding up the total to $1.4 million.

The home was an epic four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in the Seaside Estate of Madora Bay.

On a spacious 560sqm block in a family-friendly suburb, the home is just a short stroll to the beach with leafy parks nearby and close to local schools including the brand new St Marcellin Catholic College.

It was the third time the Telethon Home has been built in the Seaside Estate, thanks to a partnership between Home Group and Satterley.

Last year’s Telethon home, built in Upper Swan, sold for what was at the time a record $1.175 million.
