Auskick players, coaches and volunteers donned their best superhero outfits on Saturday for an event at Bridgetown Football Club that supports the Kids Cancer Project.
Children enjoyed several activities during the Superkids Superheroes event as they dressed up, had their faces painted and got to take part in several activities, while the adults enjoyed several matches from the clubrooms.
The Superkids Superheroes team arrived to the football field to help host a friendly Auskick match along with running races and other friendly competitions.
The event was launched in honour of Declan Kane, who died in 2017 at age eight after a battle with neuroblastoma, with his parents Kim and Simon hosting the inaugural event six years ago.
