A man who urinated outside a police station and told police he did it because he didn’t “respect” them has been fined $1000.

During the hearing in Rockingham Magistrate’s Court last Friday, it was revealed that at about 1.30pm on July 29, Kiel Shane Atwell parked outside Rockingham Police Station.

He was observed by police hanging around, before he walked up to a wall and began urinating on it. He did not turn up to court but had entered an endorsed plea of guilty to the charge of disorderly behaviour in public. Atwell was also ordered to pay court costs.
