A 59-year-old man is due to appear before the Rockingham Magistrates Court today in relation to historic child sexual offences.

Rockingham detectives successfully extradited the man from Riverton, South Australia yesterday.

It is alleged the man indecently assaulted two 13-year-old girls between January and December 1994.

The man has been charged with two counts of indecent dealings with a child who is a lineal relative or de-facto child and two counts of indecent dealings with a child over 13 years and under 16 years of age.
