A man has been caught on CCTV stealing a Stihl TS 500i Cutquik, valued at $1600 from Coastline Mowers along Nasmyth Road in Rockingham.

At about 12.40pm this afternoon the man entered the store, grabbed the machine and ran out the door, followed by several staff members.

He was seen jumping into a getaway car, a blue Holden Commodore Sedan VT/VX model with the registration 1BUN016.

The car then sped off down Crompton Road.

The incident has been reported to Rockingham Police, anyone who can identify the man or has information should contact them or Crime Stoppers.
