Volunteers from Baldivis Events group are encouraging people to keep active and engaged in their homes during isolation by re-enacting a scene from popular movies.

The group is holding an online competition asking residents to film a scene from a movie — no longer than a minute long — from the comfort of their own home and submit it online for a chance to win one of three $100 vouchers to local businesses.

Entrants should visit the Baldivis Events Facebook page and post the video in the comments of the tagged post. The competition will close on Sunday, April 5 at 6pm.

“We are simply looking to get people involved and do our part to make sure the community is connected,” volunteer Matt Whitfield said.
