Students across the Pilbara returned to classrooms on February 2, marking the first day of the 2026 school year after the holiday break.

Exmouth District High School principal, Principle Marcus Gianatti said it was fantastic to welcome students and families back for 2026.

“Building on a highly successful 2025 and a culture of standing together as one school and one community, we’re excited for the year ahead,” he said.

At Karratha High School, spirits were high as students returned for the start of the new term.
