Shots fired at Port Kennedy gym

Police are investigating a shooting incident at a Port Kennedy gym overnight.

Police say several shots were fired at the front window of the gym on Sunlight Drive.

The gym was empty at the time and the damaged was found by a staff member around 6am today.

While police did not confirm the name of the gym, the Telegraph understands it was Gold’s Gym Port Kennedy.

The gym cited “unforeseen circumstances” for its closure on social media this morning.

Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area who may have heard the shots or seen any suspicious people or vehicles in the vicinity.
