With the Local Government Elections just around the corner the Telegraph is providing you with an in-depth look at the candidates vying for your vote.

Postal ballots will begin arriving in Rockingham and Kwinana letterboxes from Wednesday, September 27, as the race begins to decide who will guide your local council.
