Rockingham police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a young woman in Port Kennedy on Sunday afternoon.

About 4.20pm, a 16-year-old girl was walking along the Port Kennedy foreshore near Bayeux Avenue when a man allegedly walked towards her and exposed himself.

Shortly after the incident the girl approached the pathway to Bayeux Avenue when she saw the man again.

This time he allegedly approached her and attempted to start a conversation before she ran away.

The man was last seen showering under the public shower on Bayeux Avenue and is described as 25 to 30 years of age, with brown skin, approximately 165cm tall and of a slim build.

Police would like to speak to anyone in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen the man, particularly a woman who came to the girl’s aid and who walked with her to the beach carpark.
