Rockingham Detectives are calling for information from the public after a man allegedly indecently dealt with two young girls at a Baldivis park yesterday.

The girls, aged 11 and 12, were playing at the grandstand in Arpentuer Park on Arpentuer Drive about 11.50am when a man with a small shaggy grey-haired dog approached them.

Police say he began speaking with them before the incident and left shortly after.

He is described as being in his 30s with fair skin and a medium build.

He was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a cap.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was near the park between 11.30am and 12.30pm and may have seen the incident or the man.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestoppers.com.au.
