Sound Telegraph

Police have released a composite image of one of the men they want to speak to in relation to a suspicious incident in Baldivis on February 23, in which two men approached a seven-year-old girl and threw her scooter.

He is described as 18 to 30 years old with a slightly tanned complexion and of medium build with blonde/light brown shaggy hair.

He was wearing a dirty white t-shirt and dark shorts and was seated in an old white Toyota Corolla vehicle.

The man has a distinctive owl tattoo on his calf.

Rockingham Detectives say that the girl was riding her scooter through a grassed area from Stillwater Drive to Kennedia Circuit when she was approached by the two males.

One of the men then grabbed her scooter and threw it while the other spoke to her.

The other man is said to be aged between 15 and 20 and is described as having fair skin.

Detectives are asking anyone who was in the area between 3pm and 4pm who has dash cam or CCTV footage to contact them.

Anyone with information or vision relating to this incident is asked to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
