Rockingham Mandurah District Cricket Club’s under-15 girls are to start what is sure to be another cracking summer season of cricket, with newly appointed coach Chris Wild confident the team will perform well.

With a squad of 10 girls selected from cricket sides in the Peel area, they have been playing strong cricket and performing well so far this season.

RMDCC is aiming to add more players and teams for the next season, with the club confident women’s cricket will grow strongly as the number of girls playing cricket in the area continues to rise.

Competitions such as the under-15 girls will provide a direct pathway for district and State selection. Several RMDCC female players have followed this path to State selection.
