The Rockingham Sound Day VIEW Club celebrated its 15th birthday with a lunch at the Drop Inn earlier this month.
Members from VIEW clubs across Perth attended to help the Rockingham members celebrate, with more than 60 members in total attending.
VIEW Clubs of Australia is a leading women’s volunteer organisation and support network that empowers women to have their voices heard on issues of importance in Australian society.
VIEW stands for Voice, Interests and Education of Women.
The Rockingham Sound Day VIEW Club sponsors ten Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.
A former Learning for Life student addressed the club and spoke about how the program had helped her achieve her dreams of becoming a nurse.
