House fire in Baldivis causes $40,000 damage, being treated as suspicious

A house fire in Baldivis overnight has caused about $40,000 worth of damage and is being treated as suspicious by police.

Just after 8pm last night, police and Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to a house fire on Starflame Road.

The fire caused about $40,000 damage. Rockingham detectives are treating the fire as suspicious and will be conducting an investigation.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online.

Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the apprehension and subsequent conviction of an arsonist.
