Cook, Papalia, Templeman portfolios revealed

Kwinana MLA Roger Cook has been named as Minister for Health and Mental Health, while Premier-elect Mark McGowan has taken on the portfolios of public sector management, State development, jobs and trade, and Federal-State relations.

Premier-elect Mark McGowan has handed portfolios to local MPs Roger Cook, Paul Papalia and David Templeman - while revealing the roles he will take on himself.

Rockingham MLA Mr McGowan has chosen to take on the roles of Minister for Public Sector Management, State Development, Jobs and Trade and Federal State-Relations.

Kwinana MLA Roger Cook has been selected as Deputy Premier, Minister for Health and Mental Health.

Warnbro MLA Paul Papalia will take on the Tourism, Racing and Gaming, Small Business, Defence Issues and Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs portfolios.

Mandurah’s David Templeman will look after the Local Government, Heritage and Culture, and the Arts portfolios as well as being Leader of the House.

Baldivis MLA Reece Whitby is set to be Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Energy, Aborignal Affairs and the Minister for the Environment, Disability Services and Deputy Leader of the Legislative Council.
