Rockingham Holden has been named among the best car dealerships in WA for the fifth consecutive year at a recent company awards night.

Dealerships within the group that excel over the previous 12 months are named grand masters each year, with the Rockingham business included once more.

Rockingham Holden dealer principal Tim Redknap said the company assessed each dealership across different criteria and he was delighted to be included in the awards once again. “It is not just about sales but also customer service, as well as the standard of your facilities and procedures,” he said.

“Having good staff helps — we have been able to maintain a steady workforce — a lot of people have worked here for 10-15 years.

“Customer satisfaction is also one of the biggest things.

“Rockingham is a great area — you have a lot of down-to-earth people and there is a good loyalty towards Holden in this region.”

Mr Redknap said Rockingham Holden employs 47 people and he expected the business to be among the winners at the Holden Guild of Excellence awards next month.
