Big swells for Secret Harbour surfers

Karis Simmonds took home first place in the open women’s category ahead of Tiara Williams, while April McPherson won the junior girls with Oli Mitton in second place.
In the cadet boys it was a successful morning for Zane Perry who finished first ahead of Quinn McColl and Campbell Forrest, while in the over 50’s Guy Bennett was the winner ahead of Ian Forrest and Doug Kitchingman.
Shane Drew took out the over 40’s In addition to his second place finish in the open category, while Caleb Gray was the winner in the open malibu’s beating off competition from Frank Grey and Dave Ware.
