Service snares top gong for bottleshop

The Whistling Kite has a new addition in its extensive trophy cabinet after winning the Retail Bottleshop Award at the Australian Hospitality Association awards last week.

This was the first AHA award for the bottleshop, with the Kite’s restaurant and bar service recognised in recent years.

Whistling Kite retail manager Stacy Filmer said the win acknowledged her team’s hard work.

“We have a small team which allows us to get to know our customers well and we pride ourselves on top quality service,” she said.
