Rockingham man dies in alleged Golden Bay hit and run
A 37-year-old Rockingham man has died after an alleged hit and run in Perth’s south in the early hours of Sunday.
The victim was found with “significant injuries” about 2.45am lying in the north-bound lanes of Mandurah Road, just north of Dampier Drive, and couldn’t be saved.
Major Crash investigators closed a stretch of road between Paganoni and Anstey roads overnight as they probed the scene.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or that saw the man prior to the incident.
