Luxe celebrates first birthday

Players Bar in Mandurah is celebrating Luxe’s first birthday on Saturday with a big bash and exclusive pre-show party.

General manager Brianna Dawes said Luxe was the name for the club’s rhythm and blues nights, introduced each Saturday to cater for a growing number of soul lovers.

“Mandurah hasn’t had an R ‘n’ B night or anything like this before,” she said.

“It’s our biggest night of the week.

“Luxe has been really popular since the night it was launched.”

Famed R ‘n’ B DJ Angry Buda will headline entertainment at the birthday bash.

He will be joined by DJs L Street, Francesco, Tito and Skooby, and the Cipher Dance crew, a live graffiti reveal and canvas giveaway.

Ten Telegraph Newspapers readers have the chance to win tickets to the VIP pre-party celebrations.

The cocktail party will provide an extra two hours of entertainment, including exclusive performances from DJs Kevvy T and Cookie, a dance show and drink cards.

Alize will also be giving away a ping-pong table.
