Saturday Lotto: Two West Aussies division one winners score a cool $2 million each

What’s better than one Lotto winner? Two! Luck was in the air for a pair of West Aussies in Saturday’s draw, each of them earning a handsome $2 million.

With a lucky three people buying tickets that matched Saturday’s division one prize, two winners proved that west is best - as all three punters walk away with $2,162,532.87.

The all important numbers from draw #4609 were 27, 10, 5, 38, 25, 26. The supplementary numbers were 34 and 15.

Jubilation in the west didn’t stop there, another seven WA players won a division two prize - banking $11,523,10 each.

While a further 147 West Aussies walk away from the draw with a $979.15 division three win.

The Saturday Lotto has proved prosperous for West Aussies of late, following a Perth couple that scored in last weeks draw thanks to a South West pitstop.

The couple, who are aged in their late 40s, won $2 million after deciding to stop in Harvey for their lunch.

After their meal, the couple went to Harvey Newsagency and bought the winning ticket to Saturday’s $10 million draw.

“I checked the ticket at our local newsagency and was in complete shock when they quietly told me I had won,” the winner said.

“I’m still in shock to be honest, it’s life-changing news.

“I usually register all my tickets to my membership for safe-keeping but didn’t this time for no reason in particular.

“Thank goodness I didn’t lose the ticket!”
