In Pictures: Sports community of Bunbury Geographe came together to celebrate the stars of south west

The south-west community came together for a night of celebration and appreciation at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre for Bunbury Geographe Sports Awards. The night began with the attendees socialising and sharing the wonderful year they had in their respective sports. Various award winners included Taekwondo Central for Event of the Year, football umpire Scott Jones for Official of the Year, South Bunbury Football Club for the Team of the Year and Morgan Hill for Para-Athlete of the Year. The keynote speaker for the event was the Bunbury-born socceroo Josh Risdon who stated the importance of such award and communities in building up athletes.
