KNA 2025: Association honours top players, umpires and volunteers at end-of-season awards

Katanning Netball Association honoured its top players, umpires and dedicated volunteers at their annual awards night on August 23, with all clubs represented by players and supporters.
The annual event drew representatives from regional clubs from all divisions, putting on an evening to celebrate award winners across the 2025 season.
Players got the chance to dress up and let their hair down, with all clubs having players nominated on the awards lists and talent recognised in every direction both on and off the court.
The A1 fairest and best went to Joedelle Bolton, with Ina Whanarere-Nohana named runner-up.
Fairest and best in A2 competition was Lara Rodney, with runner-up Amy Williams.
A3’s winner was Emelia Michael, and runner-up Kilindie Hill-Jones.
Annalyce Hogan was named the association’s junior umpire of the year, with Kirsty Flugge taking out the senior award for the season.
Most improved junior player in the senior competition was Jamaia Urquhart.
Addison O’Neil and Jayde Wolfe were awarded junior and senior volunteer of the year awards, respectively, and the under-20s regional award went to Mischa Rodney.
The association also welcomed its newest life member, with Lita Collard receiving life membership.
