Emergency services are at the scene of a serious multiple-car crash in Perth’s North this morning.

The crash happened just after 7am on the intersection of Alexander Drive and Gnangara Road in Landsdale.

Police said there up to four vehicles were involved — with an Audi seen crumpled on the side of the road.

Witnesses say at least one car was on fire. There are also reports of occupants being thrown from the car.

Two crews from St John Ambulance are being assisted by firefighters.

The intersection has been blocked to motorists and the area should be avoided.
