Detectives are on the hunt for a man they believe stole several big ticket items from a jewellery store in Warwick.

Police say the man forced entry into a shopping centre on Beach Road in Warwick just before 2am on Saturday.

Once inside the shopping centre the man allegedly broke into the jewellery store and stole items that were on display, including precious gemstones, necklaces, earrings and diamond rings.

A number of the stolen items, which are very distinct, are branded with a logo or the name ‘EMESSA’.

Police are asking anyone with information, or who has seen suspicious adverts of sales involving items with the ‘EMESSA’ logo, are asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
