A Comanchero bikie member and two associates have been charged after an alleged violent home invasion in East Victoria Park at about 6pm last night.

Police say a group of four people, two of them armed with guns, forced their way into a Kent Street home and threatened and assaulted a 38-year-old man.

It’s alleged the group aimed a firearm at the man’s head before threatening him and firing the gun inside the home.

Police say the man also received facial injuries after being assaulted. He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment and has since been released.

Gang Crime Squad detectives seized a firearm at the scene and have charged two men and a woman over the home invasion.

A 37-year-old man from Joondalup, a Comanchero OMCG member, has been charged with aggravated burglary and commit, aggravated possession of unlicensed firearm and act or omission causing bodily harm or danger.

A 31-year-old man from Inglewood and a 29-year-old woman from Connolly, both Comanchero OMCG Associates, have been charged with aggravated burglary and commit and act or omission causing bodily harm or danger.

All three are due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, 24 June 2021.

The investigation is ongoing in relation to the fourth offender.
