Detectives have charged a man after he allegedly tried to film up a teenage girl’s skirt in Armadale on the weekend.

Police will allege the incident happened about 12.20pm on Saturday as a 15-year-old girl was in a shopping centre on Orchard Avenue in our city’s south east.

It’s alleged the man approached her from behind with his mobile phone in his hand.

Police will further allege he dropped an empty shopping bag on the floor behind her and deliberately kicked it between her legs, before bending down to pick it up with his mobile phone still in his hand.
