Police seeking information on tragic death of 20-month-old Broome girl

Broome detectives are appealing to the public for information regarding the death of a 20-month-old girl last night.

At about 7.15pm the girl was at her family residence in Anne Street, Broome, when it is believed she was struck by a visiting vehicle on her driveway.

The injured girl was placed in the vehicle and rushed to Broome Hospital with her family, where she later died.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
