Albany’s Ashleigh Henderson wins national customer care honour at the 2025 National Isuzu Care Awards

A customer service worker has taken out the national gong for the “above and beyond” dedication she displays at her Albany workplace.
Ashleigh Henderson won the national customer care honour at the 2025 National Isuzu Care Awards this month.
The award recognises her outstanding customer service, professionalism and commitment to supporting customers across the dealership.
Ms Henderson works as the care specialist at Albany City Isuzu across the sales, service and parts departments.
She helps improve communication, customer follow ups and overall service standards.
Ms Henderson said she has been in her role at Isuzu for 18 years and is honoured to receive this award.
“I am incredibly proud and honoured to be named the recipient of the 2025 Isuzu Customer Care Award,” she said.
“Delivering exceptional customer care has always been a core focus of mine, and to be recognised at a national level for this commitment is truly special.
“It is equally rewarding to see Albany acknowledged alongside many much larger dealerships across Australia.”
Albany City Isuzu principal John Cannon said the national honour is a proud achievement for both the business and wider Albany community.

“Ashleigh’s recognition at a national level is a fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved,” he said.
“She is a valued member of our team and consistently goes above and beyond for our customers.”
Mr Cannon said the award highlights the quality of staff and strength of regional businesses.
“To see someone from Albany recognised nationally is something we are incredibly proud of,” he said.
