One of Perth CBD’s most loved lifestyle destinations, enex, has had a major glow up! The 40-million-dollar upgrade is a reimagined hub designed with the Perth CBD worker in mind, for those grabbing a morning coffee, squeezing in a lunchtime sushi run, or sneaking off for a quick skin refresh before post-work socialising.

Ahead of its official launch, we’ve been given an exclusive sneak peek inside—a first look at the stunning new interiors, must-visit dining spots and essential services that make it a stunning one-stop spot.

Here’s how the new enex space could seamlessly cater to your working week:

Fashion central

Let’s talk style. Enex is stacked with staples and statement pieces to suit every kind of city schedule. Think bold prints and colour at Gorman, wardrobe essentials with Decjuba, and sharp tailoring courtesy of M.J. Bale, Peter Jackson, Calibre, and Politix.

Top off your look with a sleek pair of shades from Sunglass Hut (there’s nothing quite like a pair of sunnies that say, ‘lunch meeting’).

Need something sparkly for date night or a thoughtful last-minute gift? Michael Hill has timeless jewellery pieces perfect for any occasion.

Skin rejuvenation

Of course, it’s not just about the wardrobe. Self-care has found its rightful place in the daily grind with Silk Laser Clinics offering skin treatments that fit perfectly into your lunch break.

Don’t miss Aesop—a heavenly home filled with luxurious creams, signature scents and their thought-out interiors (it always smells and looks amazing in there).

City Canteen

Located on level 2, City Canteen and Central Lounge is your go-to for fast, fresh and flavour-packed eats.

Among the highlights: Sushia, a fresh addition that’s already a crowd favourite for quick, quality Japanese eats. Mi Shanghai, newly opened and full of rich flavours and fast service, is ideal for a busy city lunch. Popular names like Hi Thai, Soul Origin and CP Curry House have been added to the mix, with 400 seats to accommodate all.

Soak it in

While you’re navigating the pace of your work week, don’t forget to slow down and soak it in. Whether you’re ticking off errands (there are also key cutting and shoe repair shops), browsing colourful racks, or enjoying a moment of calm in your busy day, enex wants to create a little village people can teleport to in the heart of the city, redefining what it means to enjoy a “city life”.

Even if you just want to escape the office air-con for a moment.
