Camera IconNilofar Khirzad promised the hottest party of the year, and for Perth’s fashion-starved community, the launch of her European inspired women’s label Femme didn’t disappoint. It was a party for the ages, with the hedonistic bash so chaotic that dancing crowds spilt out into King Street which was lined with Barbagallo Ferraris, giving onlookers plenty to talk about. Hordes of socialites dressed in anything from the vibrantly stylish to wildly outrageous, ascended into the store looking to be noticed. Among the throng of partygoers was Lydia Tsvetnenko, whose estranged tech-tycoon husband Zhenya is still behind bars, awaiting possible extradition, at one of her first public social outings for the year, applauding Khirzad for “going out and getting it”.
