They may have found love on Bachelor in Paradise but the road after leaving Fiji has been rocky for loved-up Perth couple Glenn Smith and Alisha Aitken-Radburn, after cheating rumours were confirmed.

Smith, 32, addressed speculation about his actions yesterday, after rumours began swirling last week that he had hooked up with another cast member.

During a radio interview with Hit 107 Adelaide’s Bec, Cosi and Lehmo on Monday, Smith admitted that he had shared a kiss with Paradise co-star Helena Sauzier at a Perth club after a boozy bucks party in December.

“Look, I'm not going to deny it. It actually did happen. Me and Alisha worked through it at the time. That was nine months ago... and it's not really relevant now,” he said.

“Our relationship looks perfect (on Bachelor in Paradise) but it's a real relationship and mistakes get made, but we worked through it.”

Aitken-Radburn , 26, who was also being interviewed on the show, said she had moved past the incident, and that the couple were stronger than ever.

“I was hurt at the time and my hurt manifested in a way that wasn’t healthy either and in a way I wasn’t proud of. We had some really deep conversations, possibly conversations a lot of people in relationships don’t have. I think it’s really been the reason why we’re so strong today.”

Smith was seen as a breath of fresh air on the bed-hopping dating show, thanks to his loyalty to Aitken-Radburn, who he revealed “caught my eye straight away”.

But, when details of the cheating emerged last week, there was talk Smith could be following in the steps of bad boys Ciarran Stott and Timm Hanly.

“Glenn was at a bucks party in Perth, and met up with Helena at a club and they ended up kissing a couple of times that night,” So Dramatic! podcast host Megan Pustetto said.

During Sunday's finale of Bachelor in Paradise, the pair declared their love for one another in the committent ceremony.

That night, in a video shared to the show’s Instagram account, the pair confirmed they were still together.

While they had planned to do long distance, when COVID hit, they made the decision for Aitken-Radburn to move west before the borders shut.

Since then, Aitken-Radburn has been living in Perth with Smith, his twin brother, Neil, and his boyfriend, Marty.

Yesterday, the couple each shared a video of their past nine months together, including a trip to Rottnest Island and shopping expeditions to Bunnings.
